Privacy Policy

What Drift collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Last updated 15 August 2026.

What we collect

When you apply, submit Future Artists work, request an item, place an order or contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide. Shop payments are handled by Stripe; Drift does not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use information only to run Drift: reviewing applications and submissions, replying to enquiries, processing and fulfilling orders, keeping the Studio secure, and meeting legal or accounting obligations.

Future Artists

Future Artists submissions are sent by a parent or legal guardian. Public gallery entries never intentionally include a surname, school, precise location or contact details. Guardian contact details are kept separate from public artwork records and are used only to manage the submission and any later permission request.

Services we rely on

Drift uses service providers including Firebase for authentication/data, Cloudinary for images, Stripe for payments, Gelato or other fulfilment partners for made-to-order goods, Netlify for hosting/functions, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect public forms from automated abuse. Those providers process only the information needed to provide their service.

Retention and choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. You can ask us to correct or delete personal information where applicable.
