Shipping
Most Drift shop pieces are made to order, so dispatch is a little different from a stocked shop.

Costs
Shipping is included in the price shown on every product. No delivery charge is added at checkout. If an order contains items with different fulfilment routes, they may arrive separately at no extra cost to you.
Where we deliver
Drift currently delivers to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Checkout will only accept a delivery address in one of those places.
Production time
Made-to-order items need production time before they ship. Estimates shown at checkout or in order updates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
Where tracking is supplied by the fulfilment partner, Drift will pass it on with the order update.
International orders
Cross-border orders may be subject to local import taxes, duties or handling fees. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, those charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

If an order appears lost, damaged or materially delayed, contact hello@drift-art.com with the order details and we’ll investigate with the fulfilment partner.
