Terms of Use
Simple ground rules for using Drift and buying from the collective.
Last updated 15 August 2026.
Using the site
Use Drift lawfully and do not interfere with the site, attempt to access private Studio areas, scrape at unreasonable volume, submit malicious material, or misuse another person’s work or identity.
Artwork and copyright
Artists retain copyright in their work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Buying a print or object gives you the physical item, not copyright or commercial reproduction rights.
Orders
Products are generally made to order. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and Drift confirms it can be fulfilled. We may cancel and refund an order if a listing, price, availability or fulfilment detail was materially wrong.
Future Artists
Submitting Future Artists work gives Drift permission to privately review it. Publication and product permission are separate decisions. A product request is an enquiry only; it is not a sale or commitment to manufacture anything.
Availability
We try to keep Drift accurate and available, but the site may occasionally be interrupted or contain mistakes. Nothing on the site is a guarantee that a particular product, feature or artist will remain available indefinitely.
